Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, raise the bar on food quality and hygiene, and play a pivotal role in pub management. You’ll nurture a motivated kitchen crew and drive memorable guest experiences across our pubs.

You’ll have prior Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience or be ready to advance from a Sous/Second Chef role, with a focus on leadership, teamwork, and delivering high standards while maintaining speed of service.
