M&A Executive / Assistant Manager – Fast-Growth Deals

NSTR LIMITED in Glasgow is seeking an M&A Executive/Assistant Manager to help manage growing deal flow within a national advisory network. The role targets recently qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS candidates, either moving from Audit into M&A or with prior deal experience.

You will work closely with senior teams across multiple offices, supporting deal execution, financial analysis, and due diligence to deliver client value in a fast-growing private equity backed environment.
