Role: Internal Sales Engineer

Location: Knutsford, Parkgate Industrial Estate

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am till 5pm. 40 hours per week (Office Based)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll act as a central point of contact for commercial and technical enquiries, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to order processing.
  • Manage enquiries and prepare quotations aligned to customer requirements
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers
  • Process orders and maintain CRM records of opportunities and interactions
  • Develop key accounts to increase enquiries and sales
  • Ensure margins meet company expectations and review customer terms
  • Collaborate with external sales to share leads and opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • Mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a technical or internal sales role within an industrial environment
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • (Desirable) Valve, flow control, oil & gas or manufacturing experience

  • Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) + Discretionary bonus
