Residential Support Worker – Pegswood (18.5h, Weekend Premium)

Northumberland County Council is recruiting a Residential Support Worker for Pegsworth Meadows in Pegswood. The role involves supporting up to four young people aged 6 to 15 in a new children’s home, with shifts including early and late, and weekend work.

Salary is £29,542 to £32,046 full-time equivalent, with enhancements for unsocial hours (£2,934.36–£3,183.84 yearly). Applicants must have a Diploma Level 4 in Residential Childcare or be willing to undertake training.
