School-Based Behaviour Support Specialist

St John Houghton is seeking a confident and proactive Behaviour Support Worker to promote positive behaviour and support students in achieving their full potential. You will join a pastoral team and work with staff, parents and pupils to maintain records and deliver sanctions when required.

The role focuses on supporting on-call behaviour responses, reporting, safeguarding and contributing to a Catholic school ethos within the St Ralph Sherwin Multi Academy Trust community.
