Carlisle Rural Primary Care Network (PCN) is hiring to support the Brampton Medical Practice and partner sites in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work with PCN Frailty Nurses and the clinical team to perform health checks, vaccinations, ECGs and labs across our multi-site rural program.
The role includes assisting with immunisations, data collection, and maintaining equipment, with a DBS check required.
