Deputy Nursery Manager — Lead Early Years Team

The Connaught is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager for a fixed-term contract at our co-educational independent school. You will support the Early Years Manager, deputise in their absence, and help lead a dedicated Nursery team to deliver high standards of care, safeguarding and learning.

You will develop staff, manage rotas, participate in performance reviews and contribute to Nursery policies, ensuring a stimulating environment for children from the earliest years.
