Empowering Care & Support Worker (Learning Disabilities)

CYGNET is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for Thornfield House in Bradford. You’ll work full time, 42 hours weekly, 12-hour shifts, alternating weekends on a two-week rolling rota, days only.

You will provide enhanced care, learn each resident’s needs, assist with medical & welfare needs, and maintain a safe, clean environment. DBS check is required; benefits include pension schemes, private health plans, and wellbeing support.
