Night Care Support Worker – Children & Young People

Cambian Group Plc in Newmarket is seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker for night shifts (8pm–8:30am) across our children’s homes. The role involves helping children and young people in a caring family environment, with a focus on safety, listening, and positive engagement.

No prior experience is required, but you must be at least 21 and prepared to drive to different home locations. The role includes a 10-day induction and progression opportunities within Cambian Group.
