SEN Learning Support Specialist

London South East Colleges (LSEC) is seeking a dedicated learning support assistant to help students with SEN access education and College services. You will provide person-centred support, including personal care where required, and help students engage with activities and develop essential study skills.

Successful candidates will have strong literacy/numeracy, excellent communication, and organisational abilities, with a track record of working in diverse, safeguarding-focused environments.
