Thames Reach is seeking a Lead Worker for the Hillingdon Street Outreach Rough Sleepers Team. Salary £37,143 per annum. Fixed-term contract to 31 March 2027. 37.5 hours per week, based in Hillingdon.
The role involves coordinating outreach work with rough sleepers, developing client-focused support plans and liaison with partners. You will record activity within tight deadlines and support data reporting across the service.
