We are looking for an outstandingRegional Bank Support Worker(across the East Midlands)with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts atour services across the East Midlands, including:

  • Storthfield House- South Normanton, DE55 3AA
  • Cygnet Manor- Shirebrook, NG20 8BA
  • Cygnet Grange- Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 4HQ
  • Cygnet Lodge- Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 4LW
  • Cygnet Views- Matlock, DE43JP
  • Elston House- Newark, NG23 5NP
  • Birches- Newark, NG24 4JD
  • Broughton House- Lincolnshire, LN5 0SL

Due to having to commute to different services, all candidates must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and we will ask for a copy prior to interview.

Your day-to-day

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
