Teaching Personnel are working with a mainstream primary school in the OL1 area who are looking for a caring, resilient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive primary school team. You will support pupils with SEND, including SEMH needs and challenging behaviours, helping pupils engage with learning and build confidence.
You will work with teachers and families to meet individual needs, using positive behaviour strategies to maintain a calm, inclusive classroom.
