Children’s Support & Education Care Worker (Term Time)

Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Children’s Support Worker for the Continuing Care Schools in Stockport. You will work with a School Nurse to support children with complex health needs in a school setting, starting day at home, escorting to school, and delivering care throughout the school day.

You will be required to assist with health interventions, ensure educational access, and work under supervision to uphold high care standards while maintaining safety and compassion
