Outreach Support Worker – Driver (Wakefield)

Affinity Trust in Wakefield is hiring a Support Worker for Outreach on a part-time basis (30 hours) with various shifts and sleep-ins; a Full UK driving licence and access to a car are required.

You will help clients with life skills, cooking, and home maintenance, accompany appointments, and encourage new experiences to promote independence. Training includes NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
