Support Worker: Wakefield (Outreach)


Rate: £12.75 per hour (The rate will be increasing to £13.00 from 26th October 2026)


Hours: Part Time (30 hours) Variety of shifts and sleep ins


Training: Full training provided + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care


Required: Full UK driving licence and access to a car

We need people like you to ensure they can live as independently as possible. If you are energetic and love trying new activities and are passionate about helping people to access their community, then we want to hear from you.


You will be supporting people with life skills, cooking, maintaining their home. Supporting with food attending appointments and trying new experiences and encourage independence. For this role we need you to be a driver with access to your own vehicle, so you can get around Wakefield, Pontefract and Featherstone make the most of the time you are spending with the people you support. All shifts are between 7:30am and 9.00pm. What truly matters is your kindness, positivity, and desire to make a difference in someone’s day.
