Job Description:
Wakefield North Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking to recruit an additional Pharmacy Technician to join its expanding pharmacy team within GP practices across the PCN. You will work under supervision to support safe and effective use of prescribed medicines.
Responsibilities include medicines reconciliation, repeat dispensing management, clinical support to pharmacists, and participation in medicines optimisation for care home patients and clinics. Training for phlebotomy may be provided.
