Senior Reablement & Home Care Lead

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead and supervise our Support Workers, ensuring high-quality care for customers in their homes after hospital discharge. You will work with occupational therapists to develop personalised reablement plans and support customers to achieve their goals.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience; we welcome those pursuing related qualifications.
