Senior Social Worker: Transition & Practice Lead

Peterborough City Council is seeking an experienced Advanced/Senior Practitioner to join the 18–25 Transition Team. You will manage a caseload, provide supervision to social workers, and support the Team Manager with day-to-day operations.
