Food Hygiene & Quality Manager – Night Shift (Fri–Mon)

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Food Hygiene Manager to lead a Cleaning team on a Friday-Monday 18:00-04:00 shift. You will oversee budgets, maintenance and hygiene standards across the shift, and conduct audits including CIC, equipment, PPE, and safety compliance.

You will manage audits, corrective actions, and communication with site hygiene managers and customers, while driving continuous improvement and cost savings within the Hygiene department.
