Flexible Bank Care Assistant

Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Bank Care Assistant to support residents across a care home with flexible, part-time hours. You will help with daily living, provide companionship, and follow individual care plans to ensure comfort and dignity.

You’ll work across shifts as needed, offering one-to-one attention and a warm, compassionate presence that makes a real difference to residents’ day-to-day quality of life. Training is provided to thrive in this role.
