London South East Colleges (LSEC) is seeking a part-time Student 1:1 support worker to assist learners in a Level 1 culinary introduction. The role involves 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu) 9am–5pm, supporting learners with a range of complex needs, including personal care and mobility assistance where required.
You will help learners access services, develop study skills, and engage with college activities, while maintaining safeguarding standards and promoting independence.
