Social Worker – Older Adults, Growth & Impact

Hampshire County Council’s Older Adults Team is seeking a qualified Social Worker who is innovative, person-centred and committed to strengths-based practice. You’ll join a supportive team with opportunities for training and development.

You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, manage a complex caseload, supervise others, and triage safeguarding referrals. Starting salary for NQSWs is £36,369 per year, plus a market supplement of £3,000 pro-rata for Senior Social Workers.
