Job Description:
Remedy Education is seeking a Senior Early Years & Family Support Practitioner for a busy Children’s Centre in East London. The post involves working with children, parents and families, organising activities, carrying out outreach and promoting centre services.
You will collaborate with health visitors, therapists, schools and other professionals to provide multi-agency support. The role requires experience in Children’s Centres or Family Hubs and a proactive, responsible attitude from day one.
