Job Description:
MPA Recruitment is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker in the Belfast/Lisburn area to support and supervise children and young people in residential care, ensuring their well-being and development.
You will assist with care, collaborate on care plans with keyworkers, work one-on-one and in groups, coordinate with services, and follow safeguarding procedures to maintain a safe environment. Aged 1 year experience, NISCC registration, and in-house training completion are required.
