Reed Early Years is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Room Leader for a well-established nursery in Farsley.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a room, support children’s learning and development, and help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Previous experience working within a nursery setting
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Experience leading or supporting a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
