Permanent Night Support Worker – Mental Health

P+S Care and Support Services in Clacton-on-Sea is seeking a Waking Night Flexible Support Worker to help adults with enduring mental health needs during the night, supporting their wellbeing and progress toward greater independence. You will work as part of a wider team, provide social, emotional and practical support, keep clear records, and respond calmly to changes in wellbeing.

The role requires independence, reliability and a willingness to work a 7-day rota, with night shifts from 9:00pm
