Job Description:
Nurses UK is seeking a flexible 1:1 Support Worker for care home settings in England. Immediate start, subject to availability, with a pay rate of £15.24–£17.61 per hour and a requirement for compassionate, person‑centred care of residents with challenging behaviours.
You will provide continuous 1:1 supervision, use de-escalation techniques, support daily living tasks and work with the care home team to follow safeguarding, dignity and professional conduct standards.
