Nursing Associate — Urgent Community Care at Home

Provide CIC in Chelmsford is recruiting for a Nursing Associate/Practitioner to join the Urgent Community Response Team (UCRT). The role is full-time (37.5 hours) on a permanent contract, covering long day shifts 8am–10pm and weekend/bank holiday rosters in the community to prevent hospital admissions.

You will perform clinical assessments, venepuncture, catheter care, and support rapid home-based care with a multidisciplinary team.
