Trauma-Informed Residential Care Worker for Youth

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker in the Hull and East Yorkshire area to support young people aged 11–18 who have faced trauma and exploitation. You will help them develop life skills, confidence and emotional resilience within a therapeutic, family-style environment.

The role involves daily care, safeguarding duties, collaboration with professionals, and participation in a shift rota that includes sleep-ins.
