Empowering Youth Residential Support Worker

Cambian Group Plc is seeking compassionate residential care workers to support children and young people in our care, building trusting relationships and delivering a warm, supportive environment.

No two days are the same; you’ll plan activities, provide one-on-one support, and accompany young people on off-site visits, with sleep-in shifts and paid training.

We offer £30 per sleep-in, full two weeks of paid training, and an overtime rate of 1.25x.
