Senior Children’s Residential Care Leader

Service Care is recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a children’s residential service in Lancaster. The role involves taking a senior role within the team and providing safe, nurturing, consistent care to children.

You will support and mentor other staff, work with social workers, families and other professionals, and maintain accurate records and documentation while safeguarding and risk management are priorities.
