We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cannock, working within the dynamic field of mental health. This is a permanent role offering the flexibility of full or part-time hours, up to 37.5 per week, with salary dependent on your experience.

What you will do:

  • Provide person-centred occupational therapy to adults with complex mental health needs, helping to improve their quality of life.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individual treatment plans tailored to each service user’s needs.
  • Support the recovery process, empowering service users to maximise their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and innovative therapeutic solutions.

We are interested in hearing from Occupational Therapists who have:

  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Experience in a mental health setting.
  • Strong skills in assessment, care planning, and rehabilitation.
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.

We welcome applications from Band 5 Occupational Therapists as well as Band 6 & 7 as we have multiple vacancies that could be suitable. NHS experience is very desirable for many of our jobs.
