Salary: £35,000 per annum

Hours: 44 hours per week (2 supernumerary days, 2 shifts)

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
• Leading, motivating, and developing the care team
• Ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care
• Assisting with staffing, rota management, and occupancy support
• Maintaining high standards of compliance and quality
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
• Taking responsibility for the home in the Manager’s absence

What we’re looking for

• Experience within a residential or nursing home environment
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Carer, Unit Lead, or Deputy Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A positive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for elderly care
• A desire to learn, develop, and progress within a growing organisation
