Team Leader: Personal Care & Clinical Support (Travel)

Active Care Group in Tamworth is seeking a Team Leader to support an inspiring gentleman with high-quality personal care and specialist clinical support. You will lead a compassionate team, coordinate daily routines, and help the client stay independent with a person-centred approach.

You’ll work contracted 36 hours per week, with day and night shifts, and travel with the client including holidays. Full training and ongoing support from a Care Manager are provided.
