Empowering Support Worker (Part‑Time) – Flexible Hours

Cygnet Care Services Limited is seeking a confident Part Time Support Worker for The Old Vicarage, a specialist residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have challenging behaviours and complex needs. This is a days-only, 24 hours per week role designed to promote independence and community integration.

You’ll provide physical and emotional support, learn each resident’s needs, assist with medical and welfare tasks, and report on welfare matters as required.
