Night Healthcare Assistant – Hospice IPU (Flexible Shifts)

St Wilfrid’s Hospice is seeking a part-time Healthcare Assistant Nights for the Inpatient Unit in Hawkhurst, East Sussex. The role covers 21 hours across two night shifts weekly, supporting patients and families under the IPU with a dedicated MDT.

Night shifts run from 20:30 to 08:00 with a 1-hour unpaid break. Flexibility is required as set nights cannot be guaranteed, in a supportive learning environment aligned to the hospice’s compassionate values.
