Swanton Care & Community is seeking a Deputy Service Manager to lead a brand-new supported living service in Colne. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a welcoming, person-centred environment where people can thrive and gain independence.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager, provide leadership to the team, develop care plans, and ensure high standards of care. The role requires care management experience, an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, and a full UK driving license.
