Deputy Manager, Children’s Residential Care — Sleep-Ins

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Manager for a children’s residential home in Slad, Gloucestershire. You will support the Registered Manager, lead a team, and ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

Role requires Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, progressing Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, and 2+ years in residential childcare. Sleep-ins and weekend shifts are part of the role with salary £33,000–£40,000 per annum.
