Floor Supervisor – Guest Service Leader

Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch is seeking a Floor Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in guiding the floor team and ensuring a smooth operation. You will lead by example, train staff on service procedures, handle guest queries, maintain high standards of service, and work closely with senior management to deliver exceptional hospitality.

The role is full-time and paid hourly at £12.71, with participation in the venue’s Tronc system.
