CNC Operators – Turners OR Millers – 4-Night Week – £16.00/hr + £21.50/hr Overtime, Leicestershire, Permanent

We’re recruiting CNC Operators to join our client’s night shift team in Leicestershire. They have openings for both CNC Turners and CNC Millers. This is a good chance to join a busy engineering business on a 4-night week with regular overtime available.

Shift pattern

• 4 nights, Monday to Thursday
• 6:00pm to 6:00am
• 1-hour lunch break
• Overtime available on Friday nights

Pay

• £16.00 per hour basic
• £21.50 per hour overtime

The role

• Operating CNC turning or milling machines on the night shift
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Carrying out basic inspection and quality checks on parts
• Keeping your work area safe, clean and organised

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a CNC Operator (turning or milling)
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Able to carry out basic checks using standard measuring equipment
• Happy to work a permanent night shift
• Reliable and careful, with good attention to detail

Desirable (not essential)

• Millers: experience with Haas controls
• Turners: experience with Mazak controls
