Graduate Rail Mechanical Engineer – Hybrid (Summer 2027)

AECOM invites graduates to join its Rail Mechanical Engineering team in Swindon on a Summer 2027 start. You’ll join a structured development programme to design, develop and deliver mechanical systems for rail projects with emphasis on safety, efficiency and sustainability.

You will work with experienced engineers across disciplines, gaining exposure to design, calculations, BIM tools and client interactions while progressing toward chartership and a rewarding career in rail infrastructure.
