Location: Tiptree, Colchester
Salary:The starting salary is £25,775.88 per annum, with additional pay uplifts as you become trained and able to operate each piece of machinery independently. You may also have opportunities to work overtime, alongside access to a comprehensive benefits package.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30pm to 3:30pm, Friday 7:00am to 2:00pm
You do not need previous experience, but you should be willing to learn and comfortable working on your feet for much of the day. The role also involves manual handling, so you will need to be able to carry out the physical duties safely.
As a Machine Operator, you will operate a variety of production equipment and support different stages of the manufacturing process, including fruit processing, filling jars and labelling products.
You will receive comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role, with opportunities to gain further qualifications and progress within the business.
