On behalf of our client, Grand River Personnel is currently recruiting Machine Operators for a full-time opportunity in automotive manufacturing.

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $18.50/hrAfternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $18.50 + $0.50/hr shift premiumNight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $18.50 + $0.75/hr shift premium
Job Duties
- Operate manual and automated machinery to produce automotive components
- Handle and move larger components during production and assembly
- Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment
- Perform basic calculations to verify production accuracy
- Complete production records and required documentation
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Maintain production pace and meet daily production targets
Job Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to accurately record production information
- Comfortable working at a steady production pace while maintaining quality
- Physically capable of handling larger components
- CSA-approved safety footwear and safety glasses required; additional PPE provided
- Reliable personal vehicle required – the facility is not accessible by public transit
- Applicants relying on shared transportation will not be considered
- Not open to students
- Must be available for occasional mandatory Saturday overtime
