Council Tax Revenues Specialist

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a Revenues Officer to join our Council Tax team. You will apply expertise in Council Tax administration and ensure accurate billing, changes and exemptions using the Civica Revenues system.

You will handle liability changes, discounts, and reductions, support recovery actions, and respond to customer enquiries professionally. The role requires managing a high-volume caseload while meeting targets and delivering a quality service.
