Benefits Quality Assurance Specialist (Hybrid)

Morgan Hunt’s client in Hertfordshire is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to check accuracy of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit/Reduction claims. The role is full-time with 37 hours per week and hybrid working. The successful candidate will review all claim types, including new claims and changes in circumstances, and flag errors.

Proficiency with the IWorld/Northgate NEC system is preferred. You will collate results, report to management, and make training recommendations.
