Hybrid IT Support Desk Analyst – 1st Line (Windows & 365)

Truespeed is seeking a Support Desk Analyst in Bath to resolve incidents and service requests quickly and professionally. You’ll use JIRA to log, prioritise and close tickets within SLAs, supporting colleagues across the business with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and related tools.

Based at our Bath office, you’ll work three days onsite and two from home, in a full‑time permanent role with a salary of £30,000–£32,000 per annum.
