Credit Controller

Sharp Consultancy are working with a well‑established business based in Ripon who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team!

Joining a friendly finance team with a team well established Credit Control team where you will take ownership over a portion of the ledger managing the end‑to‑end process.

Job Duties:

• Opening of new accounts and managing your own ledger end to end
• Maintain internal and external relationships
• Chase overdue payments via phone, email and letter
• Maintaining customer records and dealing with any queries that may arise
• Managing credit limits with customers and escalating where required
• Agree and negotiate payment plans with customers

What we’re looking for:

• Credit Control experience
• Excellent communication
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Worked to timed deadlines
• Microsoft proficient

What’s on offer:

• Salary up to £30000 per annum
• Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
