The Solution Automotive Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager / Transaction Manager for a franchised motor dealership in Southport. You will lead a team of Sales Executives and oversee the full sales process to maximise performance.
The role requires a proven track record in a main dealership, strong negotiation and customer service skills, and the ability to coach others. Basic salary 30,000–35,000 DOE plus 55,000 OTE, uncapped.
