NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Independent Financial Planning firm in Scarborough who are looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and personable professional who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and thrives in a varied administrative role. Working closely with the Directors, Financial Advisers and Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing first-class support to both clients and advisers.
As an CS Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across the business, ensuring a professional and efficient service is delivered at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors
- Answering incoming telephone calls and managing enquiries
- Supporting the Financial Advisers with new business processing and client administration
- Preparing client files, valuations and review documentation
- Processing top-ups, fund switches and ISA transactions
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating the back-office system
- Liaising with providers and assisting with general client servicing
- Scanning, photocopying and managing incoming and outgoing post
- Assisting with the day-to-day administration and organisation of the office
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and company procedures
About You
- Previous experience within an IFA Administration or Financial Services Administration role is preferred, but any previous office experience is essential
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Professional and confident communication skills
- A friendly and approachable manner with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Comfortable managing a varied workload and supporting a busy team
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team
